Our new EcoFlex semi-permanent wash pad is a cost-effective and practical way of creating a dedicated vehicle wash space for businesses that don't wish to commit to a traditional concrete wash pad. Especially if the land is leasehold, as no excavation or groundwork needs to take place whatsoever. Genius!

The EcoFlex wash pad is a sealed, watertight wash bay bund that is simply rolled out onto the floor, unfolded, and fitted using fast-fix bolts. All of this takes less than an hour and you're left with an extremely durable, chemical resistant and robust wash area that can accommodate all weights of cars, vans and HGV's, especially as the wash mat can be supplied to meet your specifications in terms of dimensions and design.

The cleaning water is captured within a 150mm kerbed bund which can either be discharged to foul or pumped to a water reclaim system.  Supplied (as standard) with a drain to one end of the pad, the Ecoflex can also be obtained as a complete watertight bund.
