The emergence of COVID-19 as a global pandemic has created a fresh approach to the hygiene measures that we need to follow on a daily basis. Floor hygiene under the lens Hygiene practices have been pulled into sharp focus, and while floor cleaning was always critical for infection control, it is even more apparent today that floors should be cleaned and disinfected on a daily basis. The traditional mop and bucket just doesn’t do a great job, as you’re effectively transferring the dirt and contaminants from one place to another rather than removing them completely. And it’s exceptionally timely - especially when cleaning large areas - and time costs money. So what's my alternative? Have you ever considered a scrubber dryer for hard floor cleaning? You don’t want to feel disloyal by changing suppliers, but you recognise that there may be a solution out there that better suits your purpose. If you’re sceptical of change, you don’t know what you could be missing out on. Here at Morclean, we offer a comprehensive range of industrial cleaning equipment solutions, whether you’re an established business or a budding entrepreneur looking to start-up your own bin cleani...

While bacteria-driven illnesses such as Bacillus and Staphylococcus, are spread anytime an object falls or is placed onto the floor, and is then picked up by an individual. The safest, fastest, and most effective way to clean hard floors in industrial and commercial environments is with a scrubber dryer. These ingenious pieces of machinery are much more hygienic than the traditional mop and bucket, as scrubbing ensures that you only apply chemicals and clean water to your floor. They also extract dirt quickly and effectively , ensuring that stringent hygiene standards are met, whereas a mop and bucket can be a slow process that does not thoroughly remove pathogens, only acts to spread them around.
