We are really looking forward to once again exhibiting at the Cleaning Expo UK 2022 , at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire.  This 1-day event packs a punch, and brings together a varied mix of cleaning professionals from all over the UK. Businesses of varying sizes and sectors exhibit, and its a great opportunity to get talk with other like minded people about the latest cleaning technologies and developments.  The Cleaning Expo UK is on September 17th  at NAEC Stoneleigh Park  and it's still only  £5 entry  which is pay on the door only, tickets aren't required, 10am-5pm. As usual, there will be a broad range of cleaning solutions, and a dedicated seminar area. Here visitors can get an overview of many aspects of the cleaning industry.  At the event we are excited to reveal a new machine too, which you may have seen sneak peeks about already! 

In some exciting news, Harry Morley has recently taken up the role of Production Manager.  Harry in his new office Since we have expanded in to a R&D unit, the responsibilities have expanded and we needed someone to step in to this important position.  This involves ordering, stock control, logistics and talking directly with our lovely customers. Of course still keeping up with the production, development and assembly aspects of Morclean.  Thank you for your hard work Harry, congratulations on your new role! 

We successfully launched one of our latest models at Interclean Amsterdam, May 2022 -  The Sprint van mounted bin wash . Customers seem to be enjoying the self contained model,  and how easy it is to use the auto rotary cleaning head. It uses fully recycles water, and also makes use of our innovative V-Mix ™  water freshening device - fresh water and lovely clean smell.  This machine was so well received that we have decided to launch another model - the CARGO pick up mounted bin wash .  We redesigned it to suit a huge array of vehicles - namely single, crew or double cab. This makes it much more flexible for our customers - especially as there is a nationwide shortage of Transit vans and similar. Not only will it boast the same great fresh water and clean smell with the water treatment - it is also multi purpose as you can use it as a mobile pressure washer too with a 200bar 3000psi pressure washer!   We are currently building the prototype and are looking forward to launch soon! Recently the Morclean team have had a big project on in Nottingham.  A waste water wash bay  and silt trap for FLT's. You can see the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to get the job done under strict time restraints!  The build up of silt and dirt from vehicles is a major problem, particularly from vehicle wash facilities. The Morclean silt guard is designed to effectively trap the silt before it enters the drainage system. These are designed and manufactured in the UK.  Below you can see the  Project Notts all complete.  The Long Eaton based FLT business were so happy with the work carried out by the Morclean  team that they asked us to carry out some extra work on site!  The overground tank access chambers provide easy access for emptying and cleaning. A new wash bay with silt trap and above ground interceptor, now signed off and complete. On time. On budget. That's what we do! The brand new Optima came out a few weeks ago, and was officially released at Interclean. Let's take a closer look at this new model! Something that is unique about the new Optima is that is has an automatic dosing system of a clean smelling product. This keeps the wheelie bins smelling super fresh for up to 3 days!  As you clean the bins with the lance hose, the product will be automatically added to the water as you go, reducing the bacteria as it cleans away the debris and grime. Super easy and no extra effort needed. A fine mesh screen filters the water, so it can be used again for the whole round. A filter is situated just before the pump. Water is held in the holding tank and then recirculated and passes through yet another filter, perfect to use on the next wheelie bin.  The product is  shown to provide a better hygiene result, zero AMR (anti-microbial resistance, as caused by “anti-life” chemical cleaning).
