Whilst most people know what steam cleaning is and how it works, many people don’t understand the difference between Steam Cleaning and Vapour Steam cleaning. Dubai based cleaning contractors 'Quality Environmental Cleaners' purchased 2 Morclean vapour steam cleaners for use in cleaning kitchens. The Dubai based company contract clean, specialising in hotel and leisure industries' kitchen areas. They are now using Morclean vapour steam cleaners for the steam cleaning of hoods, canopies, filters and vapour steam cleaning of ovens etc.

Florida based NCL (Norwegian Cruise Lines) have equipped all of their vessels with Morclean vapour steam cleaners. Morclean are always looking for new avenues and opportunities to market their vapour steam cleaning machines.  Something  that has been successful of late is the use of a Vapour Steam cleaner for graffiti removal in subways.  Morclean have supplied Steam Cleaners to contractors for cleaning graffiti in London Underground as well as Subways. The process uses much less water than the conventional method of high pressure cleaning (5 Ltrs per hour as opposed to 15 Ltrs per minute). The process in fact proved that graffiti could be removed by using much less detergent or chemicals. Earlier last week we shipped Keith, a member of our Sales Team, off to Southampton to board a luxury cruise liner before it headed off to the exotic Caribbean. Food hygiene regulations in the UK and Wales in particular have become stricter this morning with the voluntary 'scores on the doors' scheme now being rolled out as mandatory in Wales. The scheme was introduced in the UK recently as a voluntary measure where certificates of food hygiene were to be put on public display showing a rating of between 0 and 5. Most food outlets automatically adhered to this voluntary measure with many proudly displaying their certificate in the window or on the counter at the food outlet. There is nothing remarkable about Morclean having a hot water steam cleaner in for a repair and service, it's a daily event that our engineers are well accustomed to.  However this particular machine was a bit more special than usual - it was actually twenty-eight years old and still going strong!  Our loyal customer bought this machine from us all those years ago and comes back to us periodically just for a service and to see if anything needs fixing. It's not the only machine they have had from us either, so we are doing something right to keep them coming back to us!
