Morclean recently completed this project in Gainsborough.  This fully fitted containerised dual jet wash is to be used for washing refuse trucks, so they needed to be really powerful and good quality.  Morclean worked closely with 3rd party Contractors to get the project in perfect position. The system came complete with a water recycling plant that allows the water to be efficiently filtered out and reused, saving water.  All the associated civil works, hose reels and remote user posts were completed successfully.  At the hand over of the project we even provided training to ensure the correct and safe use of the machines.  A fantastic project managed and completed by the Morclean team. Here we have a brand new development - Morclean's Van Mounted Bin Wash.  Launching at this years Interclean Amsterdam 2022, we are over the moon to reveal our latest van mounted bin wash machine!  This van mounted bin wash machine has been designed, developed and manufactured in Morclean's dedicated R&D unit.  The SPRINTvm is designed to be mounted inside a panel van. We find the Transit Custom is perfect for this, but it would work for other vans too. It's taken a few months, from the design, to concept and building a prototype of the machine. Now we have gone all the way to the final spec and produced the final machine! This was an interesting installation from just a few weeks ago, right in the heart of Manchester.  Morclean had a challenge of installing a vehicle wash pad  within the confines of a multi story car park.  Many different hurdles arose, such as access, drainage and the space to move around in.  However, Morclean successfully installed an innovative semi-permanent system to allow the wash of vehicles. This of course solved the problem for the client in a tricky situation. Recently Morclean started a big job for a motor dealer in Worksop, with just one week to complete it!  This job included a pump station , an interceptor and silt trap . These all were to complete a brand new wash bay so that the vehicles to be easily cleaned.  Once everything was installed it was handed over by the Morclean team when the final areas of tarmac were laid.  The above ground system provides a compliant and safe wash area, while reducing civil works and disturbance by reducing excavation. Here at Morclean we do often install permanent wash bays for companies to use at their location for many years to come.  What you may not know is that we can also provide more temporary solutions.
