Successful Wash Pad Installation for Local 4x4 Vehicle Styling Company

Image
The Clay Cross based business converts 4x4 pickups [mainly Ford Ranger], specialising in seat conversions, fitting body kits, numberplate centralisation, and so on. The company needed a compliant wash bay that met with statutory guidelines for wastewater discharge. After the  Morclean team had assessed the site, they cracked on with designing a sustainable, efficient, and cost-saving wash bay. A new slab was laid and Morclean installed the wash screens, along with the supply and installation of a  silt trap and interceptor to collect larger debris and control silt deposits. The wash bay is totally suitable for the number of vehicles being washed on a daily basis, and all wastewater to be discharged to the drains. Morclean supplies and fits a whole range of vehicle wash , water reclaim, and storage solutions. From installing slit traps and interceptors; diverter chambers and water storage tanks; through to undertaking civils and groundworks, we are a one-stop-shop for providing wash bay solutions to problems that countless companies are experiencing when it comes to collecting, storing, and diverting water. Our most recent project in Hale is a prime example of the dedication we put into making sure that every step is executed properly, and well within timescales. Morclean Wash Pads

Image
Morclean Wash Pads As you’re probably  aware the civils and builder’s costs for creating a wash pad can be considerable Please see below the details of this surface mounted, movable and semi-permanent wash pad The wash pad will therefore satisfy current legislation for the containment and disposal of water from a wash bay, namely that it is a dedicated, isolated, kerbed, and impermeable surface that contains all the contaminated waste water. The wash mat is a surface mounted system which means the operator can avoid excavation or the need to have any items installed below ground.  This is ideal for leasehold or sensitive sites such as a multi storey car park where ground works are not practical. Please contact Morclean by email here or call 01246 471147 if you have any further queries and need more info

Our MD has taken the overnight ferry to Rotterdam to visit our Dutch distributors of the Binwash Machine. Despite a bit of a long journey and a broom cupboard for a room, he's arrived safe and sound with his sense of humor in tact... This was a little joke set up by our Director because apparently, the Dutch distributors don't make very good tea...
