This well-known car retailer is needing a bespoke 7.125 x 5m wash pad and blue box delivering and craning in with a HIAB, so that it can swiftly and effectively wash and clean the abundance of cars that will be passing through the site.  The wash pad is being installed by the Morclean Team mid-December, so we're  currently working with the client and the CAD drawings have already been supplied to the main contractor.  The project will also include a canopy and wash room, a tech room, and a high-end spec finish on what is anticipated to be a very busy site. We are proud of our project achievements, from start to end, so if you'd like to take a look at some of our past work, please click onto the links for project our flipbooks below: Projects Catalogue https://www.morclean.com/pdf/morclean-projects-catalogue Past Projects Catalogue htt

Happy Anniversay, to me!

Image
By Michelle Reece, Morclean's Marketing Manager It's exactly 2 years today that I started at Morclean, and what a journey it's been! From the incredible research and development ideas that I've seen put on the table, all the way through to them being designed, developed and manufactured into actual systems, the passion for what they do here has enabled me to get fully entrenched in the cleaning industry. Even throughout lockdown, the team held their heads high and dealt with whatever situation they were faced with. And as hard as it was getting through those scary first months, we have managed to come out fighting on the other side, with our sales increasing expontentially this year. We even opened a new and additional unit in July, that is dedicated to R&D, assembly, manufacturing and production, enabling us to devote our time to progressing the business and the products that we supply, We're always looking to stay ahead of the game by bringing customer-led, in

Site Clearance at Project Crick

Image
We're all fired up for our most recent Wash Bay installation project, for a company located in Northampton that  provides a quality total cleaning solution for domestic and commerical industries alike. Phase 1 of the Crick based project had already commenced, ecompassing complete site clearance, including the digging out and removal of trees, with excavation and levelling to begin as soon as the site is completely clear. This will involve r emoving soil and stone from the 12m x 12m area  (144m2), taking levels and marking out the wash bay.  Phase 2 will consist of the installation of silt traps and an interceptor for a double wash bay, and the placement of a kerb around the 12 x 12m area, whilst Phase 3 , the final phase, will see   the installation of the screens. The Bin Wash Auto, heading off to its new home in the south east

Image
One of our new Bin Wash Auto  bin wash systems  is being prepped, primed, piloted and packaged-up for delivery to a well-known food manufacturer based in  Ashford, Kent .  Dave and Ian, our accomplished service team duo, will be delivering and installing the innovative system tomorrow.  With its  automatic dual rotating cleaning heads, and hydraulic lift and lower mechanism, the fully automated bin wash requires  no manual handling throughout the cleaning process. The Auto's bi-directional high-power rotary cleaning heads operate on a 360-degree double axis to guarantee that all 4 sides and the base of the bin are thoroughly cleaned, and a ll of the wash water and overspray is contained within the system, making it perfect for hospital, medical and food manufacturing environments.  The residual water is then drained into the enclosed catchment area and the bins are lowered to the floor via the adjustable mechanism [no lifting required!]. For all the lowdown on this incredible machi

Join us in two weeks time for our bin wash bonanaza

Image
This year, for our attendance at the Cleaning Expo show, we've made the decision to focus our exhibiting efforts on our wheelie bin washing machines. As you may have already seen from our recent blogs and social media posts, we have two new incredible models that we will be showcasing at the NAEC based event. As the creation of a wholly sustainable environment is more crucial than ever for our futures right now, we've designed the new single bin lift Swift ES (e-series) with eco-friendliness in mind.  Not only does this machine contain the wash water within the machine so that it is reused throughout the day (so there is  no wastage) , it is entirely battery driven too. This equates to zero emissions and only 40p per nightly recharge cost -  reducing time and effort to re-fuel, service and maintain the equipment. The Swift SY-150 , on the other hand, is an entry-level genius. With 4 stages of water filtration and its single bin lift action (like the Swift ES), the 150
