 In one of our most recent projects we have custom built two pressure washers to a client's specification and  provided spare parts for a currently used machine. The pressure washers are skid mounted machines and come with a water tank and chemical tank. These tanks have been tailored to the sizes the customer required so they can install the models to their own vehicles. The client, who are based in Libya, have previously purchased equipment from us and also required some spare parts which were added to their crate. The latest export to leave Morclean is the semi-permanent wash pad which has gone to a premier motor dealer based in Jersey. The wash pad will be used to aid in the valeting of the vehicles and ensure that environment agency standards are met. The wash mat is a surface mounted system which means the operator can avoid excavation or the need to have any items installed below ground. This is ideal for leasehold or sensitive sites such as a multi storey car park where ground works are not practical. The Morclean permanent wash pad is made from a mixture of rigid fibreglass panels and welded plastics. The wash mat is therefore is a sealed bund that will replace traditional concrete wash pads. The wash pad avoids excavation and civil works, and there are virtually zero builders works, disturbance to the ground. Our team can generally install a wash pad within hours with minimal fuss or inconvenience.

Morclean's latest export is an interceptor tank due to go to Northern Ireland. Situated in the foot of the Sperrin mountains on purpose- built premises, the company specialise in selling a wide range of used commercials that include tractor units, trailers, rigids and specialist vehicles. Custom Plus Bin Wash machine latest delivery In the latest Bin Wash machine news our Custom Plus model is on it's way to Dundalk, County Louth. Collected this afternoon the machine was loaded on to a lorry ready for it's journey across the sea to it's new home in Ireland. From the company's initial enquiry we managed to do a turnaround of 2 weeks for production and then an additional 3 weeks for the machine to be collected with the customer's chosen courier. The latest Morclean BinWash machine with 6 levels of water treatment has been shipped to one of our dealers, AT Cleaning Systems, in Amsterdam. On Friday we loaded the machine on to the lorry ready for it's journey to the Netherlands, with our handyman Keith on hand to help load it, and Peter manning the forklift truck.  The BinWash machine is due to land in Amsterdam today.
