In some exciting news - Matlock has a new football club! FC Matlock will be competing in the Hope Valley A division in this upcoming season (formerly known as Tipsy Toad). There has been a rebrand of the football club due to changes in management, and also a push to reach FA standard Chartered status. The club have big plans to go far!  The team said ' We hope you’ll join us on this journey which the new management team are working incredibly hard to make it an outstandingly successful one.' Along with some other great Matlock based companies, Morclean are proudly sponsoring FC Matlock. A famous haven for yachts has recently been an interesting customer for us!  Set in the peaceful Essex countryside, they provide a range of boating services, from a beautiful scenic village location.  They offer a range of yard services - one of them being giving the boats a good cleaning - sometimes called a lift & scrub! Sometimes we all need a hand, and working as a team is always the best way!  The Morclean team were challenged with the task of installing a below ground system, a dual pump chamber and a control panel and override. We worked closely with a 3rd party contractor to make this happen! The location this time was Peterborough. The specification was particularly challenging, and the Morclean team created a bespoke solution for this. It was designed specifically for this site, built to order and then installed. It was also fully commissioned and training was provided to the operatives. Sometimes, you want something and you just do not have the space for it.  You can measure up, and pace up and down the available space, scratch your head, and realise that there is just not enough room! Well, when you need somewhere to safely collect water, when space is not something you have loads of, and site conditions are little difficult, the Morclean ecoflex ™  is the solution!  The ecoflex ™ is a surface mounted modular wash pad.  The Surface Mounted Vehicle Wash Pads from Morclean are completely safe, CE marked and fully satisfy the current legislations around containing water and disposing of it properly.  Having a Surface Mounted  ecoflex ™ totally eradicates the need for excavation or below ground installations - which, in a multi story car park - is quite impossible. Here we have another loaded delivery heading out! This one is on its way to Great Yarmouth. Expertly loaded in the Morclean compound.  This delivery includes an above ground interceptor and a portable wash pad , along with a plant room. The plant room was fully fitted out with lighting, electrical sockets and distribution board, before it was loaded and shipped to the site.  Just a few days later - here is the installation completed!  A Morclean ecoflex ™ wash pad is laid out and ready to go. Alongside this is the auto pump out and the above ground interceptor.  The Plant room is fitted with the distribution board, and the hot water jet wash with control panel.  All of this set up was completed with zero ground work or civils, and it is all surface mounted. A Morclean bin wash AUTO has been successfully delivered to Melrose in Scotland.  It is now in position to be installed. One of the particular uses for the AUTO is for cleaning clinical waste containers. The machine features twin auto rotating cleaning heads and a water freshener device, which automatically makes the bins smell clean and fresh!  It is a large static machine that is perfectly designed to clean 1100 litre bins.
