Morclean conducted a little site visit at the new Central Hub at Mountpark Warrington Omega.  The set up includes the Morclean internal wash bay and a surface mounted wash pad . This location is now a hub, and four separate existing sites across the North West were relocated here.  The site provides additional training facilities for servicing, maintenance and sales. There is also the opportunity to scale up for further growth in future years.  The whole system is surface mounted, with no need for excavation or further civil works. Everything is installed with above ground treatment and discharged to drain. 

Wash pads are a very convenient and cost effective solution for many vehicle - washing situations.  One wash pad project that the Morclean team completed recently was a project in Bedford.  The Morclean team surveyed the site at the East of England waste transfer depot. The wash pad that suited this project the best was the EcoFlex™ wash pad . The EcoFlex ™ is completely surface mounted and provides the operator with a fully compliant bounded wash area.  Suitable for all kinds of vehicles - even vehicles up to 40 tonnes in weight - they are very practical and can suit many operations.  The entire system is installed with zero ground works, and can be easily relocated without any dilapidation or remedial woks.  Depending on the location, sometimes site work is not practical or possible.
