The Progress of Project Newcastle: A Comprehensive Wash Bay for Heavy Machinery

Project Newcastle embarked on an ambitious undertaking to develop a state-of-the-art wash bay facility for large excavators and construction machines. The 2 Phase project kicked off with great enthusiasm, focusing on the installation of a 250m2 wash bay, complete with a silt trap and interceptor. Led by Morclean, the project delivered an all-inclusive package, including new equipment, side screens, and an electrically heated jet wash. This blog post follows the progress of Project Newcastle, from its inception to completion. Phase 1: Excavation and Installation of Interceptor With Phase 1 in full swing, the Project Newcastle team wasted no time in getting their hands dirty. The first task at hand was to mark out and saw cut the designated area for the wash bay, covering an impressive 250m2.
