With Phase 1 of Project Crick all complete, we're now on to Phase 2 of this exciting Northamptonshire based project. We recently informed you of a new project that we're undertaking for  one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and service providers of superior cleaning technology.  Involving the installation of  twin/double wash bays, t he  kerbing of the 12 x 12m large wash bay area is underway, as it the 6  x 4m area for the second one.  We're also set to install a 2m long silt trap in the large wash bay, and  a 1m silt trap into the smaller one.  The w ash bay interceptor is to follow, along with the connection  of both silt traps to the interceptor. Site Clearance at Project Crick

Image
We're all fired up for our most recent Wash Bay installation project, for a company located in Northampton that  provides a quality total cleaning solution for domestic and commerical industries alike. Phase 1 of the Crick based project had already commenced, ecompassing complete site clearance, including the digging out and removal of trees, with excavation and levelling to begin as soon as the site is completely clear. This will involve r emoving soil and stone from the 12m x 12m area  (144m2), taking levels and marking out the wash bay.  Phase 2 will consist of the installation of silt traps and an interceptor for a double wash bay, and the placement of a kerb around the 12 x 12m area, whilst Phase 3 , the final phase, will see   the installation of the screens. Progress Persepctive of our 3-Phase Project in Cardiff City

Image
When we're undertaking large projects, we separate the associated work into separate phases to make the project more manageable all-round. With Phase 1 of our Cardiff project already completed, tested, and signed off, we're now well into Phase 2, the plant room fit-out. Phase 1 involved the installation of our innovative surface-mounted wash pad, a Morclean BlueBox water treatment system, and putting the associated pipework in place, whilst Phase 2 , which is being progressed by the Morclean Team as I type, rumbles along nicely in the new plant room. Phase 3 will see the completion of the cladding and roof to the wash bay, which will encase the entire structure to  protect the surrounding area from over-spray of water or detergent and to contain any particles of debris from the item being cleaned. We look forward to bringing you up-to-date images very soon. For more information on our wash bay projects, contact us on 01246 471147, or at  info@morclean.com , or simply ...
