Project Crick Wash Bay Installation Update

With Phase 1 of Project Crick all complete, we're now on to Phase 2 of this exciting Northamptonshire based project.

We recently informed you of a new project that we're undertaking for one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and service providers of superior cleaning technology.

Involving the installation of twin/double wash bays, the kerbing of the 12 x 12m large wash bay area is underway, as it the 6 x 4m area for the second one. We're also set to install a 2m long silt trap in the large wash bay, and a 1m silt trap into the smaller one.

The wash bay interceptor is to follow, along with the connection of both silt traps to the interceptor. This interceptor will then be conntected to foul drain, and the silt traps and the interceptor will be back-filled.

Concrete will be poured into both wash bays and they will be laid to falls, whilst concrete will also be poured to form a slab for the plant room, with brush finish to concrete with trowelled edges.

And then will come Phase 3, installation of the wash bay screens, which we will update you on shorly...
