For simple water treatment solutions, we've got it all boxed up

Image
We had one of our GreyBoxes all packaged up for delivery to a high-end car dealer in Dartford City last week. "The Morclean GreyBox is a surface-mounted system that replaces the need for an underground permanent interceptor" This neat little piece of equipment was part of a problem-solving project for the world-renowned car company.   As there is no drainage on their existing wash pad, they were stuck, especially with the foul drain sitting 60m away from the wash pad. Moreover, there was no space beneath the pad to fit traditional items.  They approached us for a solution, and we enthusiastically designed and supplied a sump and pump chamber, with the grey box 'partial water treatment system' providing the final piece of the puzzle. The above-ground pumping system is designed to discharge to the foul, and the GreyBox (or BlueBox) interceptor is above ground, zero excavation alternative to the traditional underground [permanent] solutions. Successful Wash Pad Installation for Local 4x4 Vehicle Styling Company

Image
The Clay Cross based business converts 4x4 pickups [mainly Ford Ranger], specialising in seat conversions, fitting body kits, numberplate centralisation, and so on. The company needed a compliant wash bay that met with statutory guidelines for wastewater discharge. After the  Morclean team had assessed the site, they cracked on with designing a sustainable, efficient, and cost-saving wash bay. A new slab was laid and Morclean installed the wash screens, along with the supply and installation of a  silt trap and interceptor to collect larger debris and control silt deposits. The wash bay is totally suitable for the number of vehicles being washed on a daily basis, and all wastewater to be discharged to the drains. Morclean supplies and fits a whole range of vehicle wash , water reclaim, and storage solutions. Cost-Effective Above Ground Partial Water Treatment

Image
If you're looking for an above ground partial water treatment system that is cost-saving and convenient, our innovate and compact blue, grey or green box is the solution for you. These totally surface mounted systems can eliminate the need to excavate when installing interceptors and tanks and can be used in conjunction with the Morclean wash pad, where water is discharged to a mains foul drain. D esigned to treat the outflow from a wash bay or car wash, each box just requires a power supply to operate, and its simple connection consists of one inlet from the wash bay and one outlet to a mains foul drain. They are also semi-portable, meaning that they can be moved from site to site if the car wash relocates.  Want to know more? Interceptor VS BlueBox - "Machine off"

Image
The Battle is ON in today's machine off, INTERCEPTOR vs BLUEBOX!   So before you get your bets in lets go through each and compare, starting with the   INTERCEPTOR. You don't know what an Interceptor is? well take a look here this is how it could look when the work starts at your work place... An Interceptor is an underground water treatment system which disposes of the Water from a Wash bay, Car Wash.  So if you go for the interceptor, you have a lot of building work to tackle on your way into the office! Mind your step!  This building work you see can be costly and also take weeks or even months to complete, also if you're thinking about moving then you will have to say goodbye to your Interceptor. Sadly once installed its very tricky to relocate, its all under ground as you can see below so once its covered you won't see it again. The Interceptor comes in different capacity's from 2000-20,000 Litres, so if you decided to upg...
