Morclean''s Project Journey - Phase 1: Project Initiation

Image
Over the next 5 weeks, we are going to take you on a journey with us. The journey we take with each project we undertake. From initiation, planning, and execution, through to monitoring and control, then handover, each step is fundamental to its success… Phase 1: Project Initiation The customer journey...  Discussing a potential client’s needs in-depth is a top priority at Morclean in order to develop a true understanding of a company’s current dilemma, expectations, and overall objectives. This process is crucial for each vehicle wash/water reclaim project we undertake. Planning any project takes precious time, effort, and resources, meaning that we have to get it right the first time, every time, which is why we devote a great deal of energy to every job we do.  The ‘Initiation Stage’ is where we research whether or not the project is feasible, then we pinpoint details such as project constraints, budget, and expected timelines - essentially turning an abstract idea in

We're Still on Track... Morclean Celebrates Project Progress

Image
Morclean’s vehicle wash bay projects are a fundamental part of the business. S ince the turn of the new century - f rom concept and design, right through to civils and installation - our team has delivered countless successful turnkey projects throughout the UK and beyond  with a gritty determination and focus to deliver on time, and on budget. From Morclean's early beginnings as a supplier of mobile hot water jet wash machines, we eventually added hot static/fixed hot water machines to our portfolio in the late 80’s. In the early '90s, we began supplying fuel tanks and accessories - such as hose reels, user posts, remote controls, etc. - with the machine.  We continued to evolve, supplying housing/GRP, gantries, silt traps, interceptors, and water reclaim systems.  Then, in the early 2000s, Morclean did one of its early civils projects, where the team installed silt traps, interceptors, and a wash bay. We were hooked! Gradually increasing our workload year-on-year, we

Diversify with a Morclean Wet and Dry Vacuum

Image
At Morclean. we offer a number of industrial  wet and dry vacuum cleaners  that effectively clean up spillages, and remove damp waste and  wet  debris, as well as  dry  dust and dirt.  The wet and dry has two functions. The  DRY function is used with a vacuum bag and can be operated with or without the filter, whereas the  WET function collects wet waste into a liquid shut-off valve below. As the vacuumed water rises in the collection canister, the ball is pushed up by the water, and once at the top, the Vac stops working, avoiding water getting into the vacuum motor. A  versatile machine that is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.  Ingenious!  These convenient and versatile machines are perfect for the  construction industry, and  commercial, hospitality, institutional settings, and more. -     You can check out the range via our website , or contact the team on 01246 471147, or via email us at info@morclean.com  for more information.

Thames Street Works has opted for Morclean's ST2000/D Silt Trap , while Ventroday has chosen to go for our Wash Bay 6000 , but what are these systems exactly, and why are they so essential for the aforementioned industries? SILT TRAPS The build-up of silt and dirt in drainage systems can be a major problem, particularly from vehicle wash facilities, and the construction and mining industries.
