Phase 1: Project
Initiation
The customer journey... Discussing a potential client’s needs in-depth is a top priority at Morclean in order to develop a true understanding of a company’s current dilemma, expectations, and overall objectives. This process is crucial for each vehicle wash/water reclaim project we undertake. Planning any project takes precious time, effort, and resources, meaning that we have to get it right the first time, every time, which is why we devote a great deal of energy to every job we do.
The ‘Initiation
Stage’ is where we research whether or not the project is feasible, then we pinpoint
details such as project constraints, budget, and expected timelines - essentially
turning an abstract idea into a meaningful goal.
Once we have
the goals and scope of the project in our grasp, we are able to identify the key project
stakeholders, in terms of roles, designation, communication, and influence.
Once a project receives the green light, it needs a solid plan to guide our team… which
we will cover in week #2 – Phase 2: Project Planning,
