This week Morclean have completed another order for the supply to the off-shore industry. A number of specialist marine  wash units were dispatched  to Aberdeen.   The special build and high pressure jetting machines are fitted with accessories that are used below sea for deep cleaning. Morclean have supplied a quantity of these machines in the past with a further supply being manufactured right now! Morclean’s  Meridian series of jetters feature higher pressures and flow rates for heavy and industrial applications. The high pressure jet wash units can be manufactured on a steel skid frame with an electric motor to power the pump. Alternatively, the marine jetters can be produced on a trolley and wheels for extra portability with a diesel engine. The machines are built to withstand extreme conditions and are robustly built with extra heavy-duty pumps.

A local water authority have recently purchased a Trailer Mounted Bowser from Morclean.  Our brilliant Water Bowsers are available in various sizes including 500, 1100 and 2000.  They are usually made from polypropylene but can be manufactured in steel with the internal surface galvanised for rust protection, and the external surfaces painted in any RAL colour.  Our Sitemaster Self-Contained Pressure Washer and Water Bowser Steam Cleaner can be used anywhere.   The following is a list of typical applications where power and water are not always available or convenient.  However the list below is not exhaustive as we are developing new specifications to meet our clients needs and new applications all the time: Graffiti cleaning and paint removal Patio and drive cleaning Chewing gum removal from paths, pavements and public areas Mobile car valeting and mobile steam cleaning Lorry wash and HGV cleaning on site Quarry, landfill and opencast sites...

So here's an innocent looking pallet, with a fairly standard looking machine strapped on top. However there seemed to be something special about this consignment and I wanted to find out why So I asked our MD Peter Morley what this was, why, what and where, and it turns out here's what it's all about... Morclean were approached by De Hoop Shipyard some time ago, and the specification they asked for was a little different. What's basically a wall mounted pressure washer had to be fitted out to a particular spec to meet the criteria set by the shipyard, that included several unique changes to the machine But what's all the song and dance about?
