Morclean have supplied one of the largest privately owned construction firm in the UK with a 2000 litre Interceptor Tank   T he lightweight interceptor tanks are manufactured from sturdy and durable glass reinforced polyester (GRP) which has corrosion proof and rot proof properties. This one piece tank system, ideal for a speedy installation, can be placed in a forecourt or within a washbay and includes manhole covers (26 tonne capacity). Water Recycling A  water recycling system  can be installed, at a later date, to the connections fitted at the time of installing the interceptor tank. Morclean provide drainage solution to cider factory

Morclean Interceptor Heads to Cider Factory Morclean were confronted by a Cider Factory in Hereford with the vision of installing equipment to help their drainage systems, in particular a system which would collect an excessive amount of waste water should a major leak occur. During normal operations the daily amount of waste water from the cider process is relatively small, comprising of excess water from washing down storage vats and equipment. Although a major leak had never occurred, they wanted to make a provision in their design for handling such an occurrence. To limit the outflow and control the spillage we suggested installing an interceptor tank with pumps and a control panel. New product launch coming soon - BlueBox

Here's more about the new product we're launching soon. It's called   Blue Box Our R&D team have been working on this for a while now, it’s new, it's blue, and of course it's innovative. The Blue Box  is an above ground partial water treatment system. It's designed to provide an alternative to costly and inconvenient ground works and to eliminate excavation for the installation of  interceptors and tanks. It’s a totally surface mounted system that can  replace the need for  an interceptor, and can be used in conjunction with the Morclean wash pad, or your own wash pad, and where water is discharged to a mains foul drain Here's what the  Blue Box  is about...
