Collected this afternoon the machine was loaded on to a lorry ready for it's journey across the sea to it's new home in Ireland. From the company's initial enquiry we managed to do a turnaround of 2 weeks for production and then an additional 3 weeks for the machine to be collected with the customer's chosen courier. The latest Morclean BinWash machine with 6 levels of water treatment has been shipped to one of our dealers, AT Cleaning Systems, in Amsterdam. On Friday we loaded the machine on to the lorry ready for it's journey to the Netherlands, with our handyman Keith on hand to help load it, and Peter manning the forklift truck.  The BinWash machine is due to land in Amsterdam today.

So I introduced you to the new range of Meridian machines on Wednesday HERE, and today I wanted to fill you in on more details and the features of the new range available at Morclean. The Machines feature a range of pumps that are designed for salt water use, a large selection of hot or cold pressure washers for use with 60 Hz, as well as a 4350psi hot or cold water units for extra heavy duty industrial applications and demanding projects. As well as the standard range of 50Hz and 60Hz, the Meridian machines can be purpose built with multiple pumps or twin boilers where extra pressure and flow is required. Whether stationary or mobile the Meridian range offers much higher flow rates  than typical high pressure cleaners, and is typically used in industrial, marine and shipping applications where there are greater demands for high performance jetters. Time is flying by at the moment in preparation for the Interclean ISSA exhibition at the RAI in Amsterdam. With just 4 weeks to go until the big show, it's all systems go here! The Binwash is currently being crated as we speak to be shipped over ready for the show. The crate is currently taking up most of our showroom space - it is HUGE! We're packing it with as much stuff as we can get a hold of right now, postcards, magazines, tool kits, everything ready to go... fingers crossed! ...this is a little post relating to the weather, just because we're British and obsessed with the weather, of course! Having been inspired by the recent weather in America, it got me thinking, I wonder what our Bin wash machine would be looking like had we been based over there? ... It’s official, but it’s not what you think… Morclean has hit the Jersey Shore. Although glamorous, it wasn’t the MTV famed destination in the U.S.A- it was Jersey in the Channel Islands and in true British style the weather wasn’t quite there, which made it the perfect day for a bin-cleaning demo! Early Friday morning Keith, a member of our sales team, flew down to Jersey to take on the task of introducing our bin cleaners to the Channel Islands. It was pouring it down with rain and the flights were delayed but he was a man on a mission… The Wheelie Bin Washers we are talking about are trailer-mounted washers you can see in action here…  The bins are attached and raised up so there is no need to manually hold and steady the bins whilst they are cleaned. The bins are cleaned using the onboard pressure washer with dirt and debris caught on the metal tray below the bin. The water then falls through the filter to be recycled and used again.
