ThermaFlow Hyrbid - New Low Flow Steam Cleaning Technology

Image
Our R&D department has developed, and recently launched, the new Therma Flow hybrid hot water steam cleaner, a low-flow machine that uses just 7.5 litres per min of water. The genius of this machine, when compared to traditional equivalent jet wash that would produce between 15 and 21 litres per min, is that the  Therma Flow  uses half the water consumption and disposal, resulting in reduced water for sites where drainage is limited or water reclaim is required. If there is no foul drain, there are 2 options because wastewater/wash water must NOT enter a surface drain storm drain or soakaway. T here is either a) less water to tanker away, or b) less water to be recycled if you're using only half the water, and l ess water means less cost and use of water, and less water to buy-in, making the  Therma Flow  e nergy saving, g reen and e fficient.  ✅   Half the water ✅   All the power ✅   Zero emissions ✅   Carbon Neutral  ✅  ...

New R&D Project Prototype for Water Reclaim and Recovery

Image
Morclean are presently in the process of developing a new plant washing, water-saving device. A plant hire company approached Morclean to design, develop and deliver a solution to help them save water. Initial steps taken: ✅ inspect site ✅ take water samples ✅ design prototype The proposed ‘all-automated’ system will be compact in design, with the sole intention of saving and storing water. This is phase 1 of the design and prototype...   Phase 2-3 t o follow!
