Morclean BinWash AUTO Demonstration in Hertfordshire

Image
Our team is off to Hertfordshire today to demonstrate the fantastic features and functions of our new  BinWash AUTO , state-of-the-art technology that sanitises waste within a completely safe and enclosed environment. The company is looking for a bin cleaning solution that can fully clean and sanitise their medical waste bins without any overspray and is interested in how the BinWash AUTO can change the way they operate.  The  BinWash AUTO  would be electric driven and fixed on a skid frame. We would install the power and water ourselves, and baby screens to prevent any spray from escaping. For today's demo, we are taking the machine on a portable trailer [which we have recently invested in] that has a diesel engine and generates its own power.  As the bin wash d0esnt need to be fixed or require any external power, it means that we don't have to go inside a building to source power, reducing the risk of contamination at such a critical point...

Why Vapour Steam Cleaning is Superior to Traditional Steam Cleaning

Whilst most people know what steam cleaning is and how it works, many people don’t understand the difference between Steam Cleaning and Vapour Steam cleaning. Vapour Steam Cleaners   are the modern-day evolution of the standard Steam Cleaner, producing quick-drying, low-water consumption steam.  Extensively used within hospitals, restaurants, care homes, etc., the vapour steam process is effective enough to disinfect and sterilize surfaces without the need for harsh chemicals. Steam is produced in a boiler, heating water to temperatures over 115C to produce low pressure, low moisture vapour. This, along with the machine’s high temperature, allows the steam to penetrate deep into surfaces and sanitise a much greater area than traditional cleaning methods using the minutest amount of water.  This eco-friendly process also allows you to clean with more detail, removing dirt from the tightest, toughest to clean nooks and crannies as it pushes the grime away, whilst deeply ...

Even our shop workers are front line!

Image
Morclean have this week donated  a small number of face visors to a local shop in the area. Even our shop workers are front line!   One of our team noted that while popping into the shop, some of the staff were struggling with broken masks. Morclean had a few visors left over and in their PPE stock from a previous donation to a hospital so one of our Directors actioned this contribution to protect against COVID-19

Morclean Commercial Steam Cleaner to go to UK's Leading Bakery Brand

Image
One of the UK's leading bakery brand has bought on of our fantastic commercial steam cleaners.  Our Vapour Steam Cleaners are perfect to quickly clean and sanitise inanimate objects or surfaces. Steam is produced in a boiler, heating water to temperatures over 115°C to produce low pressure, low moisture vapour. Morclean Vapour Steam Cleaners use very little water compared to our Jet Washer alternatives, with usage being typically measured in litres per hour as opposed to litres per minute. the lack of water used also makes these products ideal for inside use, where waste water would cause an issue. Steam has been shown to be highly effective when cleaning mold, bacteria, viruses and other forms of hygiene waste.
