This week Morclean have completed another order for the supply to the off-shore industry. A number of specialist marine  wash units were dispatched  to Aberdeen.   The special build and high pressure jetting machines are fitted with accessories that are used below sea for deep cleaning. Morclean have supplied a quantity of these machines in the past with a further supply being manufactured right now! Morclean’s  Meridian series of jetters feature higher pressures and flow rates for heavy and industrial applications. The high pressure jet wash units can be manufactured on a steel skid frame with an electric motor to power the pump. Alternatively, the marine jetters can be produced on a trolley and wheels for extra portability with a diesel engine. The machines are built to withstand extreme conditions and are robustly built with extra heavy-duty pumps.

We have recently purpose-built a specialist vacuum for a leading stonework restoration company based in Gloucestershire. The machine will be used in conjunction with a steam cleaner to aid in the effective cleaning of stone. The MOR1802AP is the ideal machine when it comes to particle separation when collecting coolant and swarf in the engineering environment. It is constructed from light weight, but very strong,structofoam material and powered by two high performance by-pass Twinflo motors. Each machine is fitted with a stainless steel mesh basket in a 30 litre drum. Particles with a size greater than 1mm are caught by this mesh basket while the liquid coolants can pass through freely.

In one of our most recent projects we were approached on behalf of a prestigious blue chip and global company to design and manufacture a bespoke machine to aid in the cleaning of specialist components. The project was a very specialist application, and Morclean were able to  produce the unit  based on their expertise and experience in the automated machinery sector.   The company required a system  that operated with pure de-mineralised water, and that could monitor the output of hot water used during cleaning in conjunction with an automated cleaning head. The system was designed to prevent any downtime should a system failure occur.
