Planning ahead at Denbigh, Wales

We have just embarked upon a new wash bay project for a company that cleans down refuse trucks in Denbigh, Wales, which will be executed in separate three phases over a one-and-a-half-year timeline.

This project will comprise of the installation of silt traps, an interceptor, wash water collection tanks, a water reclaim system (where all the all water is fully recycled), a gantry with steps and a walkway to reach top of vehicles, screens, two fixed jet washes, hose reels and pipe work. 

The way that each phase of these works is being broken down throughout this period of time is as follows:

Phase 1 - Supply

01 November 2021

• Silt trap
• Interceptor
• Wash water tanks

Phase 2 - Reclaim 

Scheduled for early/mid-2022

• Installation

Phase 3 - Wash Bay Installation

Scheduled for Spring 2023

• Gantry
• Screens
• 2 x fixed jet wash
• Hose reels
• Pipework
