Morclean SPRINT Bin Wash heads to France

We’re delighted to announce another international addition to the growing Morclean bin wash family, with one of our SPRINT van-mounted bin wash machines recently supplied to a professional bin-cleaning business in France.

The new machine will be used to support a dedicated wheelie bin cleaning service, helping to provide a professional, efficient and environmentally conscious approach to keeping waste bins clean.

A compact solution for mobile bin cleaning

The SPRINT vm has been designed specifically for mobile bin-cleaning operations. Built to be installed inside a panel van, the machine combines an automated rotary cleaning system with a hydraulic lifting mechanism, allowing domestic wheelie bins to be cleaned without the operator needing to use a wash lance.

The system is capable of cleaning household bins up to 240 litres, with a typical domestic bin washing cycle taking around 10–30 seconds.

For operators working across multiple locations, this combination of automation, speed and vehicle-mounted design makes the SPRINT an ideal solution for creating an efficient mobile cleaning operation.

Designed and manufactured by Morclean

The SPRINT is another example of Morclean’s continued investment in the design and development of specialist cleaning equipment.

The machine was designed, developed and manufactured by our team at our dedicated R&D, production and assembly facility. From the initial concept and prototype through to the finished production machine, the SPRINT was developed with the practical requirements of professional bin-cleaning operators in mind.

Its robust construction includes a powder-coated steel frame, a 400-litre baffled water tank and a hydraulic one-button lifting system designed to reduce manual handling.

The machine also incorporates multi-stage filtration and a two-stage anti-grass filter as standard, helping to manage debris collected during the cleaning process.

Water recycling and responsible cleaning

Responsible water management is an important consideration for any professional bin-cleaning operation.

The SPRINT has been designed so that wash water can be contained and recycled, supporting compliant bin-washing practices. The system also incorporates a biological dosing system, which introduces a controlled amount of product into the reclaimed water to help reduce bacteria and unpleasant smells.

This combination of water containment, recycling and treatment provides operators with a practical approach to managing the water used during the cleaning process.
