Matlock Fest - When, Where, Who?

Matlock Fest is getting tons of support and interest, so here's a little more info on the events and activities on each day! 

There's so much to do each day you will be spoilt for choice. 

18th July 

Evening

Monk Bar is hosting an Unplugged night, featuring Black Hands, Echoed In Earth and Jason Barker.

The Loft: Have a good old giggle at Nik Coppin's Comedy Selection. Doors at 7pm

19th July

Evening

Black Hippo: IndieWirks is a showcase of local musicians. 7pm start.

TwentyTen playing host to Facsimile's 'The Accoustic Sessions' 8pm start

20th July

Day

Hall Leys Park: Lots of things to do at the Park, including a climbing wall, rides, a story telling tent and remote-control drift cars! Lot's for the kids, and also a Jazz Trio for a lovely tune to set the day to!

Evening

Black Hippo - Mini Music Festival, featuring tons of bands including - Matthew Thorpe, Beth McCarthy, Benjy CJ, Lizzie Parkin, Woll MackMersh, Steve Wood, Alex Rennie, The Simple Tones, Andy Carr and Motion Replay. Starts at 3pm till late

TwentyTen is the venue for THE YEAH DUCKS 9pm start,

Escape Comedy Club is playing host to a huge range of comedians tonight, including James Sherwood, Rob Heeney and Angie McEvoy. 7pm doors

Hall Leys Park: Food in The Park! See below for a selection of stalls that will be available all day Sunday from 10 til 4. It's making me hungry reading the descriptions...

There will also be rides, craft stalls and artists stalls.

The Loft: Now, the finale event is sure to go off with a bang! 

The Sneaky Peek Cabaret is going to be a fantastic evenings entertainment. There is going to be burlesque performances, a magic show, singing and comedy. Everything you could want, really! Doors are at 7, and get your tickets quick as it is sure to sell out.
