Another Wash Pad and Blue Box Supplied by Morclean

At Morclean, we're always pleased when an existing customer returns to us as their business grows and their site requirements develop.

Recently, we supplied another of our vehicle wash pad systems, together with a Morclean Blue Box, to an established customer looking to expand their vehicle washing facilities.

The latest project builds on a successful relationship and provides another practical, flexible solution for managing vehicle washing and wastewater on site.

A flexible approach to vehicle washing

Morclean's vehicle wash pad systems are designed to provide a dedicated, impermeable area for vehicle washing without the need for extensive groundworks.

Surface-mounted wash pads can be installed onto a suitable existing surface, making them an attractive alternative to constructing a traditional permanent concrete wash bay.

This approach can be particularly useful for businesses operating from leased premises or sites where flexibility is important. Depending on the application, Morclean offers a variety of wash pad configurations to suit different vehicle sizes, washing requirements and site layouts.

The latest wash pad supplied provides the customer with another dedicated area for vehicle cleaning, helping to contain wash water and direct it towards the appropriate wastewater treatment system.

Completing the system with a Blue Box

Alongside the wash pad, we supplied a Morclean Blue Box above-ground partial water treatment system.

The Blue Box is designed to provide a practical alternative to a traditional below-ground interceptor. Installed above ground, it requires minimal installation and can be relocated if site requirements change.

The system is designed to receive wastewater from the wash pad and provide a series of settlement and filtration stages, including oil filtration, before the treated water is discharged to a suitable foul drainage connection.

Together, the wash pad and Blue Box provide a complete, above-ground approach to vehicle washing and wastewater management.
