Surface-Mounted Wash Bay Installation in South Wales
Aside from our East Lothian project, we've also start Phase 1 of our Cardiff project today, with the wash pad and steel portal already in place.
This South Wales-based project involves the installation of a 40M2 surface mounted fully fitted wash bay, plant room, tech room, drainage, and water treatment in 3 separate phases.
The wash bay will be totally surface mounted, which means zero excavation or civil works, and no groundworks or dilapidation. This means also means that our surface-mounted wash pads are perfect for numerous environments including those where there are no foundations, such as multi-story car parks and dual-level parking decks, or sites where groundworks are impractical.
Another important factor when considering surface-mounted wash pads over concrete is the fact that they can be easily relocated if a change of premises is required, and there is no dilapidation - meaning that nothing has to be dug up and no holes filled in. You simply dismantle the structure and take it with you!
