Morclean's Project Journey - Phase 5: Project Closure

Image
The final and most fundamental stage of our project planning journey, where we complete the steps needed to close and deliver the finished project to the client, is called Project Closure, or the Post-Mortem/Follow-Up phase. In the closing phase, we communicate completion to the stakeholders and release resources to other projects, allowing our team to evaluate and document the project in order to move on to the next one. The project manager identifies the project’s strengths, valuable team members, what went wrong, how things can be rectified in the future, and any takeaways from the project. By exploiting previous project mistakes and successes, it enables us to build stronger processes and more successful teams for the future, helping us to approach our projects with even more enthusiasm and dedication. Oh, and this is where we celebrate!  🎉 Thank you for following us on our journey, if you’d like to take a look at some of our previous project successes, click on th...

Are you afraid to embrace change?

Image
Change can be a daunting prospect, especially when you allow fear to control how you make your decisions. Many of us are creatures of habit, to a degree, so sometimes change has to be a slow and gradual process. Other times you just have to take a satisfying leap of faith. Take, for example, the cleaning equipment that you purchase. You’re in need of a new cleaning machine and you’ve been with your current machine supplier for as long as you can remember. You know your machines to the letter - how to operate them, the type of service you will receive if an issue arises... You don’t want to feel disloyal by changing suppliers, but you recognise that there may be a solution out there that better suits your purpose. If you’re sceptical of change, you don’t know what you could be missing out on. Here at Morclean, we offer a comprehensive range of industrial cleaning equipment solutions, whether you’re an established business or a budding entrepreneur looking to start-up your own bin cleani...

Image
Our team is off to Hertfordshire today to demonstrate the fantastic features and functions of our new  BinWash AUTO , state-of-the-art technology that sanitises waste within a completely safe and enclosed environment. The company is looking for a bin cleaning solution that can fully clean and sanitise their medical waste bins without any overspray and is interested in how the BinWash AUTO can change the way they operate.  The  BinWash AUTO  would be electric driven and fixed on a skid frame. We would install the power and water ourselves, and baby screens to prevent any spray from escaping. For today's demo, we are taking the machine on a portable trailer [which we have recently invested in] that has a diesel engine and generates its own power.  As the bin wash d0esnt need to be fixed or require any external power, it means that we don't have to go inside a building to source power, reducing the risk of contamination at such a critical point...
