Bin Wash Evolution- The Custom Plus machine over the years

This 'Throwback Thursday' we're reflecting back on how far the Custom Plus bin wash machine has evolved from it's humble roots. Since the first trailer bin wash was launched we have been making improvements to both the body and specs to improve it's functionality and provide a machine that offers a powerful clean.

We've not stopped making improvements and to this date we are currently on the fourth version of the machine.

The MK1 model

MK1- The original machine featured a galvanised front cover and sides switches and offered 3 stages of filtration. Although basic compared to the Custom Plus model we have now, the original model provide a high power clean and a trailer that robust and easily towed.

MK2- With a few cosmetic tweaks including a blue plastic cover, the second reinvention included the addition of a bottle holder and flat screws in the catchment tray.

MK3- We took on board feedback and amended the switch which operates the lifting mechanism. Previously located on the side of the machine we introduced a new remote with a curly lead to offer more flexibility. A new blue cover was added along with the relocation of the battery.

MK4-  Custom Plus 2016/17...

The most impressive model yet is now miles ahead of the original MK1 version in terms of strength, durability and innovation. The Custom Plus model is the only bin wash machine on the market to offer 6 stages of water treatment and use filter technology to continually treat the water within the tank.

The Custom Plus hosts a tonne of benefits including:

• An extra RAM to provide more efficient lifting
• 6 Stage water treatment to reduce bacteria within the tank (providing a fresher, longer clean)
• Silver filter technology
• A Galvanized steel frame- inside and out
• Turbo nozzle on the lance to target harder to clean bins

Future Plans

The Custom Plus range is looking to expand even further and will be welcoming a host of new features in 2017, following the level of product innovation that Morclean continuously provides.
