Morclean Sprint Van Mounted Bin Wash Heads to France

Morclean is pleased to announce the sale of a SPRINT vm van mounted bin wash machine to a growing wheelie bin cleaning operator in France, further strengthening the company's presence in international markets.

Designed and manufactured in the UK, the SPRINT vm has become a popular choice for operators seeking a compact, efficient and highly manoeuvrable bin cleaning solution. The machine is specifically engineered to fit within a panel van, making it ideal for urban environments where access, parking and vehicle manoeuvrability are key considerations.

The latest export order highlights the increasing demand for professional wheelie bin cleaning services across Europe and demonstrates the appeal of Morclean's innovative vehicle-mounted systems.

The SPRINT vm combines automated bin washing technology with a practical van-mounted design. Featuring an automated rotary cleaning head and hydraulic lifting mechanism, the system allows operators to clean wheelie bins quickly and efficiently while reducing manual handling. Bins up to 240 litres can be washed without the need for a hand lance, helping to improve productivity and consistency.

Built around a powerful Honda GX390 petrol engine, the machine incorporates a 400-litre baffled water tank, multi-stage filtration and water recycling technology. The contained wash-water system helps operators work responsibly while complying with industry guidelines for wheelie bin cleaning operations.

One of the key advantages of the SPRINT vm is its versatility. In addition to cleaning wheelie bins, the machine can also be used as a high-performance pressure washer for applications such as patios, driveways and external hard surfaces, creating additional revenue opportunities for operators.

Manufactured in Morclean's dedicated research, development and production facility, the SPRINT vm is the result of extensive design and engineering work focused on delivering a reliable, operator-friendly solution for modern bin cleaning businesses. The machine features low-voltage controls, electric start operation and a fast washing cycle that can typically clean a domestic wheelie bin in as little as 10 to 30 seconds.

As demand for professional bin cleaning services continues to grow across Europe, exports such as this demonstrate the international appeal of British-designed cleaning equipment. The latest installation in France is another example of how operators are investing in efficient, purpose-built machinery to support business growth and deliver high-quality services to their customers.

Morclean would like to thank the customer for their order and wishes them every success with their new SPRINT vm as they continue to develop their bin cleaning operation.
