Morclean Celebrates Successful Completion of the 2025 Three Peaks Challenge

On Saturday, June 14th, 2025, a dedicated team of eleven parents from Lea, near Matlock in Derbyshire, achieved a remarkable feat by completing the National Three Peaks Challenge in just under 24 hours—finishing with 18 minutes to spare!

A Gruelling Yet Rewarding Journey

The challenge involved ascending the three highest peaks in the UK: Ben Nevis in Scotland (1,345m), Scafell Pike in England (978m), and Snowdon in Wales (1,085m). The team trekked a total distance of 23 miles (37 km) and ascended 3,064 metres (10,052 ft), all while managing a driving distance of 462 miles between the peaks.

Despite the physical and mental challenges, the team remained focused and determined, embodying the spirit of resilience and community.

Over £5,000 Raised and Counting
