Local Council Requires Bin Cleaning Solution

A town in North Yorkshire's council has purchased one of Morclean's BinWash AUTOs to provide a cleaning solution for multiple sized wheelie bins. 

The Bin Wash Auto is an automatic machine that is perfectly designed for the cleaning of Wheelie Bins. Any size of wheelie bin, big or small, is handled expertly by this well-designed cleaning machine. 

Any size of EU wheelie bin is cleaned automatically with rotating cleaning heads, making it so easy to use and no manual cleaning is required. 

The structure of the design allows the BinWash AUTO to capture and contain the used wash water and any overspray from cleaning. This makes the machine ideal for sensitive environments such as hospitals or council buildings, where the overspray of contaminated water would be a risk. 

Wheeled bins of any size can be safely washed automatically while water is contained within the device. The machine operates with a hydraulic lift and lowering mechanism, so there is no manual lifting or moving required with the bins. At the push of the button the wheelie bin is lifted in to the optimal cleaning position, the rotary heads do the hard work of getting in to every nook and cranny, the waste water flows out into the water capture area and then the bin is lowered, freshly cleaned, and can be rolled away back in to place. 

This machine in the bin wash range is a static one, and is perfect for a location within a council headquarters. They allow multiple sized bins to be cleaned safely, by containing the water, and easily, by doing all the hard work for you and cleaning and lifting the bins automatically. 

The poly-carbonate splash screen keeps any of the dirty water within the machine. The entire system can be fitted over a surface mounted drainage grid. This eliminates any need for ground works and makes it easy to install in any environment. 

If additional cleaning is required on the outer parts of the wheelie bin, there is an optional hand lance that can be fitted to the wash area. 

An additional safety feature can also be installed, which ensures that no operators can be on the wash area as the bins are raised and lowered and the bins are in place before the cleaning heads are activated.
