The New Metro Bin Wash - Coming Soon!

Here at Morclean we have been working on something that is very exciting.

The New METRO bin wash from Morclean is our latest addition to the Bin Wash Range. It is designed specifically to be an entry level bin cleaning machine, with all the great features of water recycling and water dosing to keep it fresh. 

We are getting it ready to release this Summer 2024, and have been building prototypes in our dedicated production area. 

The METRO will offer Bin Washing on the move with the option to use the machines for other cleaning applications, such as patio cleaning, roof cleaning, jet washing and pressure washing areas.

 

Here at Morclean Research and Development we often draw up the concept of the design in 2D, then move it into 3D software as a wire frame. We render this and use this as a base to create our prototype. 

Many of our designs are mocked up in plywood or MDF, and the METRO was no exception! We model the design to make sure everything is just how we want it in life-size. 

The next stage is to create a prototype in black plastic so we can actually try how it fits in a van. 

Then, it's time to jump in and create the actual machine! We take all of our measurement and findings we have learned over the prototype journey and put it all in to practise. We create the machine and use it daily, really giving it a good test to make sure we are happy with how it works in the field. 

We also gather important customer opinions, and make improvements and changes as things are suggested to us. 

The whole process can take anywhere between 3-6 months, and we make sure each design is something we are proud of and is perfect for our customers. 

We invested in our Research and Development area 3 years ago, and it is something we are so pleased to have access to this space and our experts to create the innovative designs we want to put out into the world. 

These are still the early stages of design - but it is all coming to together and we can't wait to share more soon! It will be an excellent addition to our already brilliant range of Bin Wash Machines.
