Two new vehicle wash installation projects booked in for this summer!

Our surface-mounted vehicle wash systems grow more and more popular by the day. Allowing companies to clean down vehicles, machinery, and more, without having to install a permanent concrete containment pad. Our wash pads capture all the water into a drain and a surface mounted sump pump which can then be discharged to foul, pumped to a water reclaim system or partially treated via a Morclean BlueBox/GreyBox.

Project 1 will see the installation of a 6x4 m reinforced wash pad, a 4m reinforced ramp, and an A/G 6000L interceptor at a pre-construction company located in Wakefield. Operating in construction, defence, rail, utilities, and transport, and offering a wide range of services including site investigation, surveying, training, and innovative technology solutions, this install will allow the company to clean down vehicles and equipment with ease.

Project 2 will comprise of 3 x 6x4m wash pads, 6 ramps and an A/G 4500L interceptor installation in Bicester for the largest used vehicle business in the UK. These 3 wash pad systems will be perfect for cleaning down a large number of cars, vans, motorbikes, caravans, and motorhomes, providing the company with a long-term solution that satisfies current legislation for safe containment and disposal of water.

Both installation projects will provide these companies with a much less intrusive way of cleaning down their vehicles and/or plant equipment, compared to costly concrete wash bays that require excavation or below-ground installations, and the wash pad can be relocated if required!
