Two new vehicle wash installation projects booked in for this summer!

Our  surface-mounted vehicle wash systems  grow more and more popular by the day. Allowing companies to clean down vehicles, machinery, and more, without having to install a permanent concrete containment pad. Our wash pads capture all the water into a drain and a surface mounted sump pump which can then be discharged to foul,  pumped to a water reclaim system or  partially treated via a  Morclean BlueBox/GreyBox . A previous wash pad installation Project 1  will see the installation of a 6x4 m reinforced wash pad, a 4m reinforced ramp, and an A/G 6000L interceptor at a pre-construction company located in Wakefield. Double the space, double the production

We've recently secured an additional premises to assist us in growing and moving forward with producing our innovative industrial and commercial cleaning equipment.  Having approximately doubled our floorspace with a new workshop area, extra office space, and stores, other added benefits include more staff and visitor car parking spaces and outdoor compound storage. The new site is located just across the road from our Head Office and is now the new home of the award-winning mobile bin wash, the Custom Plus. This extra space has allowed us to devote more time to R&D, assembly, and production. This means that we have a dedicated area for the assembly of niche models and van packs. Also - new bin wash models are being released over the coming weeks and months, such as the Swift 150 and the Swift e-series, and lead times have reduced considerably for those wanting to order one of our incredible machines. The Morclean Team is proud and excited to announce our new partnership with Engineered Learning Ltd, for the production of our brand-new Swift entry-level bin wash machines.  Based in Derby, Engineered Learning is an alternative education provider offering school-age students the opportunity to train, improve, and achieve nationally recognised BTEC qualifications. This forward-thinking company will be working with us to make the steels and fabrications for our new Swift machine, using laser cutting and welding like any other steel fabricator. However, as their dedication to training young recruits harmonises with our “gearing for growth” ethos, we’re particularly enthusiastic to support this tailored learning initiative. The new EcoFlex: providing maximum vehicle wash flexibility

Our new  EcoFlex  wash bund is the simplest way to replace the need for costly excavation projects when your leasehold business requires a dedicated area for washing vehicles, machinery, or plant equipment.  Fitted in under an hour, the semi-permanent wash pad is time-effective, cost-effective, practical, and robust, and all of the wash water is captured within a 150mm kerbed bund so that the operator can then discharge the liquid to foul or have it pumped to a water reclaim system. As standard, the  EcoFlex is  supplied with a drain to one end of the pad; however, it can be supplied as a complete watertight retaining bund.
