Morclean Secures New Multi-Pump Project at Northern Based Military Site

We’re thrilled to have secured a new Multi-Pump project at a Military/Army site in the North of England, that washes all types of trucks, land rovers, tracked vehicles, etc.

The project will involve the installation of a 6-Pump machine, which is a stack of 6 units housed in a plant room instead of pumps dotted all over the site. The HP water outlet is then piped around the yard - a bit like your central heating boiler, piped to radiators instead of a boiler in each room.

There will be 18 user points, 6 of which can be used at the same time. As an operator demands HP water, a pump starts, then 2, then 3 and so on. In reverse they shut down 3, 2, 1… Pumps start and stop randomly, so number 1 doesn’t get worn out before number 6.

You don’t need a pump at each user point that requires power, water, plug-in, set-up, etc. Simply go to each point plug in the hose and go!

There are no trailing cables at each user point, the operator simply plugs in a hose and off he goes!! Innovation in a plant room!
